Hey Little One –

One last quick note before we’re off to the hospital (knock on wood, as your Daddy keeps doing). We really cannot wait to meet you! I watch your Daddy talk about you and he already expresses such a love for you that melts my heart. He and I both hold such love and excitement in our hearts for you. They say that when you’re baby is born, your heart is no longer on the inside of your body… I can only begin to sense how amazing it will be to hold you in my arms and know that I am holding my heart as well in this tiny little body.

I will miss feeling you kick and squirm inside me, but I know that you will more than make up for those tender moments with coos and smiles and squeezes of the finger and a million other unpredicatable miracles!

We love you, Little One. You are and will always be our priceless treasure entrusted to us. We promise to love you the BEST we can each day of our lives.
